PCIA Events: Estate Planning Seminars
Our team at Prime Capital is excited to invite you and one guest to our upcoming estate planning seminars!
We will welcome Bethany Shelton, an estate-planning attorney with a decade and a half of experience, to discuss how estate planning can help ensure assets in a financial plan transfer to the next generation in a seamless manner. She will answer the following questions:
- What are the basic estate planning documents I should have?
- How do I avoid probate?
- Can I control how and when my loved ones inherit my assets?
- What is a trust, and do I need one?
- Can I choose who would raise my minor children after my passing?
- How can I protect myself during my lifetime if I am incapacitated?
